Transparency Ledger
See how support moves, clearly and honestly
Transparency is not a statement. It is something you can verify.
Edison Love maintains a public transparency system that documents how support flows through our work — donations received, support provided, and funds held for future needs. This page explains how our transparency works and what you’ll see when you view the Community Support Tracker.
We believe people should never have to guess where their support went.
What the Community Support Tracker Shows
Donations Received
All monetary and item donations are logged with the date received, amount or description, and intended purpose. Donors may choose to be listed by name, initials, or anonymously.
Support Provided
When funds or items are used to help someone, the support is recorded with a short description and date.
Available Balance
The tracker reflects funds available for future support after cleared donations and recorded expenses.
How Updates Work
Entries are posted as transactions clear and records are verified. Updates are made regularly to ensure accuracy.
To protect privacy and safety:
Personal identifying information is never displayed
Payment processor details are never shown
Donor visibility is always optional

Why We Do It This Way
Transparency should be readable, not buried.
By separating explanation from data, we keep the tracker itself clean and easy to follow while still providing context for anyone who wants to understand how it works.
If you have questions about how entries are recorded, you’re welcome to reach out. Transparency works best when conversation is allowed.
